I got an email from CIC Ottawa saying

Doesn't mention if its in Sydney or Ottawa..

I just heard that cic officers are coming back from holidays.....one of mine frnd is working in immigration. He said now they gonna speed up their processing time. In 1st week of sep ppl gonna start receiving dm and ppr. Because its only ur officer 's right to make decision. I hope all the applicants from april will start receive ppr in sep.

I called cic and I heard that

1. they are reviewing eligibility requirements.
2.reviewing medical results.
3.no additional documents required at this time.
4.no interview required at this time.
5.processing your background check.

anybody knows what would be next step and when will I get update after this?
