Actually i want some information for my friend..
He is applied for canada visitor visa for four times and everytime he got rejection..
Could u please tell me any way so that he will get visitor visa

Why was he rejected?

Then again, if he has already been rejected four times, unless there's been a significant change in his circumstances since his last rejection, it's almost impossible for him to be approved.

The reason was same all the time that they didn't trust him that he would b back to his country..
N he doesn't have sufficient funds..
He also applied with his family..his parnts got visa and he got refusal

Sounds like they suspect he will claim refugee status once he arrives. I suspect there is no chance of him getting a visa in the near future and would suggest he doesn't re-apply for a few years and he can establish solid ties to his home country and sufficient funds for the trip. Even then I suspect it will be difficult. You can have him apply for the GCMS notes to confirm the actual reasons for refusal.
