ECA Process

Hi Members,

Can anyone suggest about the ECA process? How to start with? Where do I need to send the documents?
Do I need to send originals or xerox? should I send secondary+graduation+professional degree or only graduation and professional degree will suffice?

Can anyone help me with ECA process in India. I have degree of CA and did graduation (B.Com.). Do I need to get ECA done for both the degrees or only higher degree i.e. CA assessment is good enough? My wife has degree of MA (correspondence) and BA (regular). Do I need to get ECA done for both the degrees?

if you want to claim points of your CA then you need ECA for both CA and BCOM and same for your wife .
If you want evaluation for master degree(master degree after three year bachelors) then bachelor's evaluation is mandatory .

you get evalutaion of masters+ bachelors from same account with single fee for one person .

1. If I need to create a user id with WES under ECA application for IRCC or WES Standard Application. I will be applying under express entry pool for skilled immigrants.
2. When and how much fee to be paid to WES? Can I get the ECA done for my wife also through my WES account?
3. I got my final examination certificate in January 2008 (Result declaration). However, I appeared for exams in November 2007. I got the degree of CA in February 2008. What should I fill in for year awarded? Nov'07, Jan'08 or Feb'08?

you can only apply ECA though your account , fee - 200 - 230 CAD .

For me, I need to send degree and CA Marksheets to WES. Transcript Marksheets will be send directly by ICAI to WES. Do I need to send copy of degree directly to WES or I need to send degree along with marksheet for transcription to ICAI and ICAI will directly send transcription along with copy of degree to WES?

Do I need to follow similar process for bachelor's degree wherein transcription is required from Panjab University?
