Whom should be the Employement Letter addressed to

I am applying for PR under express entry. My current employer cant provide letter addressing - TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN.

Could anyone please tell if they have a specific address whom the letter can be addressed to support my application.

Could anyone please tell if they have a specific address whom the letter can be addressed to support my application.

My letters just said "To whom it may concern" at the top, no specific addressees needed as long as all information is provided in the letter as per CIC guidelines and CIC is able to verify it based on contact information in the letter (put email, website, phone, address).
