Urgent Cic says doc not received, mycic account shows uploaded

Hey guys,

I am in tricky situation, today one of cic agents said that he cannot see my experience letter for one of my jobs, but mycic account's submitted application section says that it was provided uploaded.

I have raised cse asap with screen shot as proof that it was uploaded by my side.

I am very concerned as currently I am in r10 check & if they don't get my file then I will be rejected.

Any other opinions or thoughts on this will be much appreciated, Thanks!

Did you somehow upload the wrong document? Best thing is sending them an email with your screenshot.

I am sure that I uploaded right one because i save files with specific name & that same name of file is showing in mycic submitted application.
Even, if i did upload wrong document, they should have got it but they are saying that they can't see anything.

I suggest you send your visa office an email with screenshot immediately.
