There is no EE button I can select in my account...!

Dear all,
I want to make my profile for EE. But there is no button for EE in my account!
I think I saw that button before I applied PR by mail (I 've already applied the PNP by mail).
But I can't see the blue button for EE now.
How should I do?

Did you create EE before or is it first time ?
If you have not connected any ongoing paper or online application to your profile and still no EE button, call CIC.

i created an express entry profile in march but i was found ineligible. i also have an ongoing paper application for permanent resident.
