there is nothing mentioned of rules regarding gap in CIC i guess.. so there should not be any problem.. you need not show any proofs, only mandatory thing is your work exp should be more than an Year

oh god completed my pcc and term deposit but my score is @421 ...waiting from 2015 dec...praying god to help me ..Next Iam a SAP FICO certified consultant of 5years experience ....any hope for draw as well as openings ....invitation is there from ontario but currently its on hold,,,help me out for a suggestion ..

Hey Guys! Just a quick question, I am applying for my PR and in the application, there is a section to mention and visa refusal in the past. This make me worry as my visa to Canadian Study Permit was refused back in 2013 because of incomplete documentation; However, the same application was approved later after re-applying. Will this create any issue with the PR application? or in general, any visa refusal can cause a problem? Please advise and thanks in advance!

After waiting for 10+ weeks for my FBI report, I received a dreaded "payment info missing " notice from them today. I had sent a Money Order but it seems that did not work out. I only have 9 days to submit my info to FBI.. strongly thinking of declining ITA ( I have a CRS of 434 ) and getting back in the pool for hopefully a draw on Wednesday

I have an OINP notice also... so maybe I can wait a few more months when OINP opens and then submit my application in case I don't get a regular ITA.
