Need Urgent help.
I submitted my passport on 4th August and it reached Delhi on 7th august. They have not returned it back yet. Any suggestions what I can should to find out what is going on? Anyone else had same situation?

Patience friend. It took my wife's passport 10 days to be dispatched from NDVO. Dont worry yourself. You should hear back soon enough.

My passport reached NDVO on the 10th. No updates yet.

For me it shows processing at Delhi visa office. What does it show for you?

Patience friend. It took my wife's passport 10 days to be dispatched from NDVO. Dont worry yourself. You should hear back soon enough.

Thanks for the update. I was just worried that why they are holding the passport. Hopefully there is no issue with the file. I think for some they sent within few days and for some they are taking time.

If they have already asked for passport......there is nothing to worry about.....if there was problem in ur file they will have notified u before........its all 1-2 days difference..u will get it soon

My status is exactly the same. One of my close friends in Vancouver told me that they are still trying to get the student visas out of the way. Maybe thats the reason for the delay. I hope it comes this week though.

Ya I am thinking the same coz they have until the first week of September to finish the student visas. Hopefully we won't have to wait that long. Please keep updating if you get any update from them.
Where did you submit your passport?
