Hi,

I had gotten done my medical check with the prescribed panel yesterday. However, since my wife is pregnant, we couldn't get the Chest X-ray done for my wife. Also, I had stated earlier in my EOI that I would take my wife along with me if and when I get my visa.

Here is my question, what would happen to my processing status? I am going to go ahead and upload the documents in the coming week, along with an LOE stating that I couldn't get my wife's X-ray done due to her pregnancy and that would do it post delivery. But is that going to put my visa processing on hold? Is there a plan B, that I could even try looking at as a possible option?

Your processing will continue but your application will not be approved until you provide your wife's x-ray results.

Hi

Plan B would be to have the X-ray done now with a protective apron.

Your application will be processed as normal if you provide a letter from panel stating delay in X Ray as it is deemed unsafe. However, your admissibility test will be delayed untill a complete report is available with CIC.

Also, after birth you will have to submit additional documents of Dependent Child as well.

There is no Plan B that can give you PPR without full application.

I hope this will clear things.
