Help needed for past 10 years work history question

Hi guys,

In my previous work permit application, i claimed for 2 years retail supervisor experience but Immigration officer didn't approve this as he checked my previous study permit application and couldn't find this in this application.

That time i was misguided by an agency, not to show in order to approve study permit application.

Now i m ready to make my file for Permanent residency and really confused why should i write in past 10 years employment history section??

Should i include this or not?? i have few documents to prove this as that was 7 years old experience.

does this point to be a reason for rejection for my permanent residency application??

Now i m making my application on basis of current 3 years work experience and I'm not claiming any points for that previous experience neither i got any advantage from that experience.

Please guys , i really need advise on this as i m stuck with this since a month and need to get rid of this.

If you are not claiming points for those 2 years as a retail supervisor, then mention it in your personal history only and use your current 3 years in your work history.

So as long as i m not claiming point for those past two years experience, officer won't raise any concern about this?? will he consider my application as normal application regardless of those previous two refusal?

Those are work permit related refusal so do you think that past work permit refusal impact on this application?? i almost stay 5 years in canada, but now in india since 3 years..would officer consider my previous history or he just go with my recent work experience and stay??

These are my last questions to ask...hope you won't mind...please advise me on these...

I have included previous work experience which I couldn’t get proper reference letters in my personal history, and for those I did get reference letters, I put in the work history.

Whatever work you put in personal history, they won’t check. They only check work that you put in work history.

You should relax and go ahead with your application.

Work experience you're claiming to get points >> put in work history + provide supporting documents.
Work experience you're NOT claiming >> put in personal history, no questions will be asked about it (unless of course the work is suspicious lol).
