What does it means "DECISION MADE" in my Permanent Residence Application Status

Hey............Iam in the same boat as you guys, please provide an update on ppr as my ecas shows decision made but no pppr request has been received.

My online status has also changed to decision made 2weeks ago but haven't recieved any mail yet .

If I log in to CIC On line services

Under the Sponsorship Application Status, Its showing "IN PROCESS" and if i click it, It's showing

We received your application to sponsor on September 2, 2016.
We started processing your application on September 30, 2016.
We sent you correspondence on October 17, 2016 about the decision on your application.

But Under Permanent Residence Application Status, It's showing "DECISION MADE" and if I click it, It's Showing

We received application for permanent residence on September 2, 2016.
We started processing application on October 30, 2016.
Medical results have been received.

So please anyone help me what does it means?
Why only In PR Application status it's showing "DECISION MADE"?
Why Sponsorship Application Status is still in "IN PROCESS"?
How long does it takes to get my visa?

Please it will be a big help for me.
