How long they take to process visa?

current processing time varies from 10 days to 3 weeks.

Whats your timeline, Naveed? I got PPR on Feb27. Submitted Passport to ADVO on same day. No news since.

Issue is that I am on UAE grace period till 15th of March. After that, I will have to start paying fines for overstaying. My new company has processed my new UAE visa but I need the passport back from ADVO for stamping!

Have anyone used aramex or any other courier service instead of vfs for sending passports to ADVO with a return airway bill? I am settled in Alain so sending my ppt through aramex is convenient.

its fine... most people use that
you can either apply at VFS dubai or Abu Dhabi... or use aramex - it delays application by a day but it will work 100%

No it will be 3 weeks now... many people are still waiting for the passport from ADVO... so friggin unprofessional

wow! thats not a good sign. VFS Abu Dhabi did mention it takes 15-30days though. Hope it happens for you soon. Do keep posted! Good Luck!

May i know where did you read this 15-30 days please? And do they mean calendar days or business days?

Actually I called up vfs abu dhabi to enquire about the timelines and requirements, they had mentioned the same. I didn't specifically enquire about calender or working days. But 3-4wks looks like a given..

Actually I called at VFS AD , they had given me these timelines. I didn't specifically asked business or calendar. Even you can call and check the same.

So far some applicants including me passed are almost 3 weeks and other even more and nothing yet thats why i was asking business or calendar days
