Is there a specific format that applies to IELTS TRF number? I am awaiting the report to arrive by post and as per my scores I stand at CRS 431.

Don't want to miss because of that in the next draw.

I am "ma" actually. And I have a 9 year old son and 7 and soon to be 3 years daughters. Now I am of the opinion that IRCC should award additional points for those of us coming with children. eg 5 points for each child less than 10 years old afterall we are the ones helping to populate Canada at no additional stress of ITA . What do you think?

And I said the same regarding kids in few forums back and I have the SAME opinion, Canadian population is getting older and we bring future tax payers immediately! For this soley we sould be awarded with 50 points, the same like getting a job offer, if not with more points since this is worth more than 3 job offers!

The Yukon party is the big party that we are having next year to watch the Northern Lights. Much of us have spent so much time on here keeping each other's spirits up when we start to lose hope. And believe me having been in the pool for over a year now you do have 'down' moments and many of the people on here have been priceless. So a party on the Yukon seems like a fitting way to celebrate the end of one journey. It's a great idea - whoever thought of it. Who did think of it?

Getting an invite from @andieangel is easy. Just be nice, positive and helpful - true to the principles of ROH.

Keeping your invite is much tougher. I think @andieangel has a naughty list and I think I'm on it.

Thanks @iamxty. I'm certainly in that group and waiting for Ontario to open the doors again and start handing out NOIs. We have decided to pursue this as our main avenue and not resit the IELTS just yet. Ontario is where I want to go, so we are going to wait a month or two and see what happens. I've been dreaming about immigrating to Canada for 20 years so I can wait a couple more months.

I know you are an accountant, but I can only see 3 kids. A 9 year old son and two daughters 7 and 2. Is this what they call creative accounting?

Hi @shettyskumar. You should use the NOC that matches her actual duties as this is what will be checked if they decide to look into your references. So for NOC 2283 it's listed as:

Main duties

Information systems testing technicians perform some or all of the following duties:

• Develop and document software testing plans
• Install software and hardware and configure operating system software in preparation for testing
• Execute, analyze and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests
• Develop and implement software and information system testing policies, procedures and script

If your wife's day to day activity broadly falls into the above set of duties than I would go with NOC 2283.

Ha ha. Every bone in my body told me not to post it, but the little devil on my shoulder said go ahead, she'll see the funny side!

Yes indeed, mothers do carry a disproportionate amount of the child caring duties and I can see how one would seem like three. Is there a NOC for mum? I wouldn't like to see the list of duties against that one!
