Just an update,
I've submitted my passport on 14th of August. Vfs told that it'll take about a month for them to return the passport.

Today I received an update to my CIC account My BGC is now 'complete' and my application has been 'approved'....yay!

I received my PPR on 24th July 2017 (as I'm from a visa waiver country, I only had to provide copies and not original passport) and this was received by the London VO on 1st August 2017. Since then I have not heard anything until today, and I still haven't received my COPR (which I guess will be sent to me next week).

I also received my GCMS notes this week (which were dated 4th August 2017) so it has pretty much my entire case history from start to finish.

From my own perspective, my e-AOR was 8th April 2017 and this went to the CIO Sydney for the initial checks. My meds were passed and IP1 began on 25th April 2017, before being transferred to CPC-Ottawa on 26th April 2017.

It appears that my eligibility initially received a 'recommend passed' on 6th June 2017, and then both my eligibility and criminality officially 'passed' on 21st June 2017. I received my RPRF request on 22nd June 2017 so i imagine that both of those passes were what triggered the RPRF request.

From then it appears that nothing happened on my case until around 19th/20th July 2017, when my case was finalised in Ottawa and transferred to London for them to issue the PPR email.

Interestingly, my GCMS notes show my COPR document number and its creation date was on 20th July by Ottawa CPC before it was transferred to London VO (although as I write this post, this hasn't been printed or issued yet from London). This would indicate that PPR is quite literally an administrative check (to ensure that nothing major has changed since the initial application was made) before the document is printed.

After PPR I sent my passport along with 2 photos (one filled out with my info on the back) and annex form on 21/07/2017. They received it on 25/07/2017. They haven't approved the application since then and I'm getting worried. Want to know early if there is an issue so it's not too late.

Im not sure. It varies. For ur input, my ip2 is on aug 2, approved on aug 15...and still no ppr as of today. I honestly don't know why it stuck, especially CEC stream.

I haven't been checking my account much just because I'm trying not to obsess, but today I finally logged in. It said "application updated," and I got really excited! But then--nothing had changed since the last time I checked a couple weeks ago. Still says reviewing whether I meet the eligibility requirements, uploaded documents being reviewed (just a new passport), and NA for background check. Sigh.

Does anyone know whether there actually is an update there even if it looks the same as last time?

My background check is still not started. Its says we will send you message when we start backgound check

Meds were passed around 10th may!!!

They are not asking for any additional documents.
