Hi,
I recently got my ITA after applying through the FSW program under Express Entry, but I'm having a few problems regarding my work experience an how to prove it in an effective way for CIC.
I've listed 3 jobs under my work experience, and I'm having doubts regarding two of them.
Firstly, I worked as a financial analyst (NOC 1112) paid intern for 18 months at Peru's biggest bank 5 years ago. The thing is, after I left the company, the area where I worked separated form the bank and became a regional Investment Bank within the same holding. Therefore, every single person i worked with, as well as the HR area, moved to the new company. I managed to get a reference letter from the HR area of the bank, but with two potential problems:
Finally, I'm having lots of trouble selecting my NOC for another job I had since I can't seem to fit within the options given to me. I contacted the NOC Office and they said that i might fit in in NOC 1112, NOC 1123, NOC 0601 or NOC 0621, but I've checked them out and can't seem to completely fit in within those. Regarding 0601 or 0621, I wasn't really a manager so I don't know how it would work out with those two NOCs. I worked as a business planner in a big sporting goods retail company, and my duties were the following:
Thanks a lot in advance for your help and sorry for the long post!

- The bank's company letterhead doesn't include their telephone and address, though it includes the signatures and stamp from managers of HR. This is not only for the letter, but for every document they've ever sent me. I've written asking them to put contact information within the letter as a mean of contact for additional information inquiries. would this be good enough?
- They included everything except my duties, since they said that it is against company policy to put those in, specially considering that my area is no longer active within the bank (I've got this answer in an email from the bank). They did, however, put who my supervisor was in the letter, and she has agreed to make a me a letter in company letterhead from her new employer (which is within the same holding as the bank) stating my duties when i worked with her in the bank and validating the facts stated in the bank's letter (along with a current business card and, if possible, a business card from when she worked with me and was my boss, if she can find one). ¿Will this be good enough?

- Develop monthly and yearly sales, margins and profitability forecasts for each store and for the firm.
- Analyze future investment projects and decisions by elaborating projected cash flows, such as opening new stores, closing stores and selling a new brand, in order to identify wether it is profitable or not.
- Define optimal store assortment by analyzing sales and consumer data and trends to maximize store profit and sales.
- Develop sales forecast for each brand in order to estimate the ideal advanced purchase for each upcoming season, taking into account changes in macroeconomic conditions that might impact consumers as well as consumer trends.
- Propose and evaluate sales and discounts policies to improve inventory turnover ratios and sales while quantifying and minimizing their impact over projected margins and profits.
- Project and monitor sales and financial and inventory ratios for every store and brand.
- Evaluation and assessment of sales, stocks and margins for every store according to seasonal market trends, macroeconomic conditions and specific sporting events
