Yes. Based on my consultant's feedback. You'll see the result online, no more e-mails. But others still get e-mail even if linked online. Based on the people I've talked to.

Why wouldn't I get any emails?

I got none after submission but a week later 1 email asking for medical none after linking my account over cic

Yeah.....was worried after doing medical.....no way to know the results or updates....so linked the account and found I passed the medical......but no more emails and no more updates in cic after that

In mh opinion just wait dont link as it takes 24 hours and will show the date on which u linked .so at this crucial stage i think u must not just wait till next week

I think we all should link, atleast it feeds our suspicion hunger! and u r getting updates via linking ,they dont send mail for step to step processing like medical passed or not,review started or not etc. and why would you need mail for these notifications! finaly vfs only gives dispatch info or processing done/ongoing/finalised.,plus you will have to wait until you get ur passport in hand, by cic u can see everything , it is approved or not!
i personaly would get a heart attack by the time my passport will reach to me after dispatch , better to see results myself on cic..
