Citizenship for Minor Indian Child

Hi,

Can some please explain what is the requirement to submit citizenship application for 11 years old indian kid ?

Either of parents doesn't have canadian citizenship and currently all of the family staying on Permanent Residence status.

I read in the forums that there are no specific requirements for minor applicants to submit citizenship application. Children under age14, staying in Canada with PR status can directly apply for citizenship or is there any requirements included ? Please post your comments.

What's so different about Indian kid ?
Anyway, yes they can apply but if they apply without their parents, then they must meet the 3-year residency requirement themselves - that's what I remembered learning from this forum recently, but you can double check to make sure

Only if one of their parents meets the residency requirements for citizenship. They must apply along with one of their parents.
