My timelines are as:
29 April AOR
22 June meds passed
23 June BG NA
1st Aug Additional docs changed to not required
IP2 ????
PPR ???

Anyone can throw light as what part of the process might be remaining at NDVO??? and approx timelines looking into current scenario to PPR???

Anyone can throw light as what part of the process might be remaining at NDVO??? and approx timelines looking into current scenario to PPR???

My file is also being processed at NDVO. Eligibility and security will be checked at NDVO although i have read many applicants say that the case analyst at CIO has already done a preliminary check at CIO before transferring the file to a local VO.

Timelines it is pretty hard to say as there seems to be a huge backlog of applications for different streams at NDVO. It is going to be a long wait.

From what I have looked at if the analyst has mentioned 'eligibility required' on your profile, the Visa Officer will have to look into the application again. Which can take a while, My AOR is 3rd April and still my BGC is N/A

Just a bit more almost there. I have started looking for areas where we can stay and also there are lots of nice helpful videos in settlement website you can check those in the meantime. What are you planning to do once you are there, will you pursue higher degrees or go for job?(assuming you are under 35)

InshaAllah initially will go for job, not planning any further, waiting for visa so that i can give notice in my office and book airline ticket asap as the prices will go up each day! When do you plan to leave?

"Your processed passport has been dispatched from the Canada Visa Office Singapore, on 18/08/2017 to the Canada Visa Application Centre."

Finally!!! Passport collection is only from 2 - 4pm and it is almost 12pm now. Feeling super hopeful it can be collected today so that I can travel over the weekend!!

Just an update that - YES! - my passport was ready by 3pm and I now have my passport and COPR.

Thanks again to everyone on this forum. Visa application journey has ended, but it's just the beginning of a new life in canada!!

Day 90! Halfway into the 180 mark. Status reads no additional documents required and moved to LVO from CIO this week. Waiting on GCMS notes which should come in last week in August. Background status still on IP1, 51 days on same BG status. I am beginning to think either something is outstanding regarding my background check or that status just fails to update for me.

Back to waiting. Like John, will be spending more time on the LVO thread from here on. Joined the WhatsApp group too.
