    Thank you >>>>>>>>> Legalfalcon <<<<<<<<<<<

Hi @legalfalcon, I have been told that since Quebec is not included in EE, I'm not allowed to land in Montreal. Is this true? (I chose Toronto as my destination when I filled my application)

At what point do they transmit the application to LVO? before IP2? so if you're waiting in IP2 does that mean that a local officer has made a decision? I emailed CPC-CTD-Ottawa, they responded that my application is approved, does that mean that it is approved at LVO or CIO?

Are these changes applied to everyone, or is it related to your VO?

Hello, I sent an email to CIC 2 days ago enquiring about my VO (thanks @sam_15). They responded just now, stating that my application is approved and "a Ready for Visa letter with instructions will be sent shortly". Now that I have confirmation that my application is approved, I don't mind...

I think it does, it's just a matter of time now. Can you please give more detail? what email address did you send your enquiry to? what was the content of your email and what information about yourself did you include? I might contact them as well.

A mailbox that you can rent from the UPS Store : http://www.theupsstore.ca/services/mailboxes/ No, I actually misunderstood the post that I read. CIC asked for a new photo, but I'm not sure if you can mail it from Canada/overseas or bring it in person. Not to retrieve the PR card in person...

I made a bit of research, I found a post of a guy that said that the officer at the airport rejected the UPS address. But there are people who have used it successfully. I'm not sure if it's a safe option or not.

Thanks for the clarifications. You're right, I shouldn't take this extra risk. The problem is that the only person I know in Canada lives in Montreal. I was hoping I could apply for the PR with my friend's address, and return home immediately instead of waiting for the card to be issued. But it...

    <<<<<FSW Outland - April & May 2017 AOR - Lets Connect Here>>>>>

I wasn't aware of this, I just thought that since I'm not sponsored by any province I could land anywhere in Canada. If I land in Toronto, can I provide an address (of a friend) in Montreal to receive the PR card there? or do I have to give an address in the same province I landed in? Thanks...

Why avoid Quebec? is it not allowed to land in Quebec? I'm planning to land in Montreal, would that be a problem? (I chose Toronto as my destination in the application)

Thank you! You're waiting for PPR since 13/7? how long does it take in average to receive PPR after IP2? a lot of people say a couple of days, but it seems that it can take longer in some cases. Hope you get yours soon!
