I am new on here and need some help. My mother applied for super visa online on August 14,2017 and she got application transmission confirmation message. But, She did not receive any application number, Submission confirmation or bio-metric form yet. almost three days past.
Is it normal in case of super visa application? How long usually it takes to get application number and bio-metric?

Please help me, Provide your valuable feed back on this issue

It is normal these days , usually they were issuing a number the next day!
Wait until the fourth day , it happened with me. If you didn't get it then send them a case specific enquiry through the web form.
I did send the enquiry on day 4 and they assigned a number on the same day.

I have just submitted a CSE today since processing times in Qatar is only 18 days. It's been 20 days since I have submitted an application.

Hi upon checking today in the IRCC website, I have noticed a note regarding technical issues for online applications. Today, I have sent a CSE may be my account has been affected. Kindly check yours too. Here's the link:

Not yet my friend , UAE processing times is 52 days unlike Qatar which is 18 days. Usually it's +/- (1 to 10) days the processing times , some times longer , there is no rule.
Let's see if we can get anything this week hopefully.

Hi.. My application has already exceeded the processing time of 18 days and has not yet been opened by IRCC.There was no update since I got submission confirmation.

Sometimes they do internal update which is not visible to us.
What does it say under Eligibility?

It says "we are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements" what about yours?
Also, upon checking my account this morning. It says "updated", may be when I have sent CSE?
