I don't know what is wrong with CIC. I got a reply to my mail on July 25th that my file has been transferred to NDVO. But I mailed them again yesterday in a hope that I can get some update but now they have replied that my file is currently at CIO, sydney and has not been transferred to local visa office. Which information should I trust?
