Move to Canada with my EU (unmarried) partner

I am going to apply for the express entry with my unmarried partner. We have been living together for almost 3 years as unmarried partners. Can I still include her as my spouse/partner in my express entry online application?

You can see if your partner qualifies as a "common law partner" and apply.

Thank Maverick28. Appreciate it. Yes, my partner qualifies as a "common law partner". My partner and I are living in the UK. So I will be applying from outside Canada. Can I still include my partner?

It is clearly stated in the application that you must include your common-law partner.
