Refusal of TRV application 2 time same reason

Hello Sir,

I am from India and i am manufacturing Railway and steel fabrication parts all over India. I have three Children's and wife. I want to settled in Canada with family and same line business start there. I am select the place and permission to Canadian government to see this property. I am attached complete detail and invitation letter of original owner of this property person.

I am attach all the documents related to my property and business working in India. I am show my bank balance and FD details total amount approx is $300,000(Rs.15,00,000/-) FD and $250,000 (Rs. 12,50,000/-) bank statement. All property value with valid valuer approx $2,000,000(Rs10,000,000/-)

First time i got the refusal in 2015/04/09 reason are following
1) You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident. In reaching this decision, i considered several factors, including:
Purpose of visit.
Personal assets and financial status.

Second time i got the refusal 2017/11/08 reason are follwoing

1) You have not satisfied me that you would leave Canada at the end of your stay as a temporary resident. In reaching this decision, i considered several factors, including:
Purpose of visit.

2) other reasons:
Given economic conditions,employment prospects,considering your travel history, economic establishment and family ties, I am not satisfied that you would respect the term of your admission as a temporary resident in Canada.

They allow me to reapply fresh application or appeal. Sir this is refusal reason for rejected my application . Please help me how can i am prove my self. Please guide me what type of documents i am attached and reappeal in the embassy. So that i got the visa

Unfortunately, it's pretty evident why you have been refused twice..... and for exactly the same reasons of refusal.

You cannot immigrate/move permanently to Canada on a visitor visa (TRVs). You'll need to check if you are eligible for immigration before applying for Permanent Residence

Everything you submitted earlier worked against you.
1. You want to settle in Canada , it's not allowed under visitor visa .
2. You bought a property in Canada ,which is not recommended cause it reveals your true intention is to stay in Canada.
That's why you got refused twice and to be honestly you will be refused next time.

If you want to settle in Canada , apply for immigrating to Canada . It's the only way .

How long a trip did you request? Have you previously visited other countries requiring visas like the US or UK?

Did you apply alone or with your family?

Agree with what others have said. It sounds like you may have provided too much in your application that demonstrates you have plans on remaining in Canada long term - rather than demonstrating strong ties to your home country.
