You are right bro. 1994 Nominations include those candidates who are in process from March till August. Chances of reopening of HCP stream are very low in this year. But Who knows! May be prayers of awaiting candidates will be heard!

The Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program (OINP) offers an opportunity for in-demand foreign workers with a job in specific occupations in the agricultural and construction sectors offer to permanently live and work in Ontario.

Applicants can only apply if they meet all eligibility criteria, have received a permanent and full-time job offer from an Ontario employer and have a completed and signed Employer Form to upload as part of the application package.

Hi there. I'm new here. I have received the invitation to apply from Ontario, but did not have time to submit the documents before the OINP was closed. So now I'm preparing the documents and hoping for OINP to reopen soon.
One question - is my IELTS must valid when I submit the documents for OINP evaluation? My results dated 29 August 2015 and I could only book the next test September 9. If OINP reopens in the meanwhile, will I be able to apply?

If it reopens between now snd Aug 29th; yes u would be able to apply but what happens afterwards is that your EE profiles becomes deactivated d day your test expires but not sure what oinp decision would be as regards your test result expiring while being in submission stage except your application gets to Assessment stage before the 29th Aug, then they may request for a new test result.
My advise is to rewrite ielts asap.

Unfortunately, September 9 is the earliest I could get, prior to that all slots are full. Do you know if I need to have a paper results on hand, or electronic results are enough to apply?
My case is handled by agency and I am not familiar with the way the results are submitted.

Electronic result should be okay. I can't remember uploading my test results. However u might need the test result pin and certificate number for data entry on oinp portal.

You need to input your IELTS test report form number along with the date of the test. I do not know of oinp system is able to identify of what you input is valid or not.

Hi, I was eligible for OINP ICT stream under CRS 400. But I was too late to know about it as I recreated my profile on 4th July. I didn't get any notification for submitting the application. Now that the HCP is closed, do you think that I will get any chance of getting the notification once it is reopened?

Please guys I have a serious situation.

I got a new IELTS result which makes me eligible to add my spouse as accompanying.

So my question is, can i update my EE profile, and send a change of information form to OINP asking them to add my spouse?
Note: I'm in DIP.

UPDATE:

Just after posting the above question, Nomination knocked at my door. Anyway,I will still go ahead and send them the change of information form. Here is timeline:

Submitted- 12/7
Assessmemt- 21/7
ADR- 4/8
Response to ADR- 11/8
ACK of ADR- 11/8
DIP- 14/8
Nomination- 17/8

The response to my ADR wasn't perfect cos I had to source for funds from hubby with a gift deed. They also requested for recent paystub,but there were discrepancies in my paystubs as the designation on some of the paystubs was different from the jobs in my i stated in my employment history. I had to get a letter from our Bursary Department to explain this discrepancies. I almost lost hope after the ADR but God did it.

I'd say send your aplication change notice to OINP first before changing your EE. When I sent them a change (job title) they were quick to respond with acknowledgement.

Hi Friends,

I have few questions about obtaining PCC in India...apologies if this is asked already.

Like most of us, i lived in different parts of the country for Education and Jobs after i turned 18. Also I was out of country between mid-2013 & 2015.

1) I want to apply for PCC at Regional Passport Office (RPO). So where should i apply for PCC ? the place i'm currently living ? I'm living here since mid-2015.
or at all RPO's of the regions i lived ?
2) I have a son, who is less than 1 yr old. Should i apply PCC for him as well ?
3) I know i will have to apply for PCC from foreign country.

Your guidance is highly appreciated.
