Yes, it will come to below 400 before January 2018. To me it's common sense because declining rate of ITAs is 40%, CIC is far from filling their qouta, only this waiting period is really hard...

Please share your timeline for Nova Scotia PNP. I am also watching NSPNP for an opening as I would consider Nova Scotia, even though Toronto is still my first choice (Ontario, pleeeeeease reopen your HCP stream. I really want to settle in Toronto and I am an ICT worker!).

I was never any good at Math. The prediction below is based on trends I've been following.
next draw August 23. Lowest score 431. 3100 ITA's.

I need this, I have a PNP paper based nomination which will take 16 months to process. Hell No. You only get Express Entry PNP nominations if you were in the pool before applying. I got into the pool on my birthday August 9 with 435 just hours after Draw 70 with 433. I was witing on my ECA which didnt arrive until August 9.

Common CIC. Give me a late birthday present.

Their declines mean more ITAs available for us. Yes, you guys who got ITA quickly and now see how much work the immigration process is and are not ready to do it, please decline your ITAs so that those of us who are eagerly waiting can get a chance.
