The reason newbies have to decline their ITAs is because they receive it too soon on the basis of their high score. They haven't spent any time reading or researching while waiting for ITA and are unfortunately not ready with their paperwork.

I spent nearly a year in the pool and while the wait was torturous, I had ample time to get my documents in order. As a result I could submit my application sooner.

Look on the bright side and keep all your paperwork ready. You'll get your ITA sooner or later.

Second you on that. People are applying and declining in retrospective after going through the instructions. Some have their personal reasons. Some are ignorant , about the facts and are guided by people.

I requested them for a review. No response yet from the authority. I wish to reapply if i am allowed. I don't know when NovaScotia pnp will open again.

Please share your timeline for Nova Scotia PNP. I am also watching NSPNP for an opening as I would consider Nova Scotia, even though Toronto is still my first choice (Ontario, pleeeeeease reopen your HCP stream. I really want to settle in Toronto and I am an ICT worker!).

I think you should re-create your profile. You should get a nomination for Ontario before the end of the year. That's your best bet.

@robin5826 don't rush to re-create your profile yet, unless you are a French speaker who is proficient enough to qualify for the French Speaking Stream that is still open. Wait until Ontario reopens the HCP stream of OINP and starts issuing NOIs again. When Ontario is issuing NOIs, they target newer profiles. I check the updates page multiple times a day, both manually and with visualping

We all do, and we patiently waiting soon to be Canadian immigrants are the only ones who know exactly how this feels. I was really focused and motivated for the 2 weeks starting July 11 when I received NOI, working really hard to get all my documents in order, only to find OINP closed the day I was ready to submit. The wait for OINP to reopen has been really rough on me, and it has been only 3 weeks since July 25! So I come here to keep the hope and spirits up.

You'll get there, we all are, moment of weakness I guess...
