Philippine passport holders visiting Canada and travelling to Mexico or Cuba

Hello everyone,
My parents are here in Toronto right now visiting from Philippines with a multiple entry Canadian visa. They'll be staying with us until February 2018. My husband and I would like to take them with us to either Mexico or Cuba for a one-week ALL-INCLUSIVE vacation. Is this possible? What do they need? Could someone advise please? Thank you.

1. They need a visitor visa for mexico and either a visitor visa or tourist card for Cuba.

is this the same slip that they hand out to you during the flight to either Mexico or Cuba?

1. Both Cuba and Mexico you relatives will need to apply for an actual visa before the trip.
