Thanks a lot legalfalcon. Will I need to provide any other document to support my claim there? Or could I attach my experience letter as it also describes my moral conduct during the time I worked at city B, and then correlate it in LOE?
The moral conduct letter has no significance. So LoE if the only thing that will work.

Hello, I have a question. I have submitted my passport after receiving PPR but none of my status have changed to approve in my CIC account; all of them still say that my application is being processed. I need to use the funds so would you recommend that i take out cash or let it be till i get COPR? do they verify documents after PPR?
The status changes after you send the passport and the visa is stamped. You can definitely with draw the funds, however remember that you will need to show PoF when you land in Canada

Hi @legalfalcon,

Thanks for your valuable help all the times. I need your guidance on below matter.

I am residing in Norway and contacted Local Indian Embassy for PCC for my stay in India. They are saying that they'll only provide the PCC for the period of my stay in Norway. For India stay, I have to get it from my local RPO in India. I have tried to convince them but no help.

Meanwhile, I am able to get PCC from my local police authorities in India. Would it be accepted and suffice CIC requirements?
Since I have stayed in different cities in India (as mentioned in my last 10 years history), would this PCC stands ok?

Similarly, for my spouse, PCC issued by local police authority after marriage will suffice? Do she need one for the period prior marriage?

Looking forward to your response.

Regards,
Che10
This is strange as Indian embassy is very open in providing PCCs for entire stay in India and indian PCC does not have a time frame. If you get a PCC from the local police station, it will only cover the city or the area under the jurisdiction of the police station and you will need one for each city you lived in India. Try contacting Indian embassy on twitter to clarify the issue.

Dear legal falcon,
Thanks a lot for what you do for us.
My question is:
I'm arrived in one city on June 2015, then rented an apartment. But I went to register at the local police station on January 2016. So on the pcc I got, the date starts from January 2016. How can I explain this issue to cic. Do you think a LoE with my lease contract in attachment is enough ? Thanks for your help.
Which country are you referring to. Please provide a context when you ask a question, without which I cannot answer.

Hi legal falcon,

Thank you so much for the response. So, just confirming one thing. So, it does not matter even if the work is done as a co-op on PGWP, will it still be considered for express entry?
IRCC states:

What is the co-op work program?
International students may work as part of a co-op or internship program only if work is an essential part of an academic, professional or vocational training program offered by a Designated Learning Institution. To be able to work, students will need a co-op work permit and a study permit.

If the students are eligible, an open work permit can be issued with the institution listed as the employer. In situations where several work periods are necessary throughout the program, the work permit can be issued for the same period as the study permit.

Since Co-op work permit is only issued when the wok done is a part of the program, or else you would have had a PGWP. Only work done on PGWP can be counted.

Hello legalfalcon,

Do i have to scan all the visas I've had in the expired passports to prove my travel history?

If you have visas and stamps, It is advisable to upload them too.

My letter proving my NOC is extracted from the company system with no stamps on it. Would it be a problem??

If your letter has the following you are good and there is no need for a stamp:

The following documents are mandatory for each work experience declared:

  • a reference or experience letter from the employer, which
    • should be an official document printed on company letterhead (must include the applicant’s name, the company’s contact information [address, telephone number and email address], and the name, title and signature of the immediate supervisor or personnel officer at the company),
    • should indicate all positions held while employed at the company and must include the following details: job title, duties and responsibilities, job status (if current job), dates worked for the company, number of work hours per week and annual salary plus benefits

Thank you.

Dear LegalFalcon,

One quick query:

I am showing approximately 18,000 CAD as opposed to 14,000 CAD that I declared at the time of creating my profile.

In March, I took some money from my sister approximately 5000 CAD just be above the threshold, my question is should I include a Gift Deed from my sister just to be on a safer side?
You only have to meet the minimum requirement based on the composition of your family, anything extra is not required to be shown. If you do not meet the 6 months average balance, you should get a gift deed. If you meet the 6 months average balance, no need.

Thanks in advance.

Hi legalfalcon
LVO requested ADR about my job experience by the end of May which they gave me 30 days (submitted), then on 10th July they requested ADR about my updated job offer, again gave me 30 days which I've submitted on 9th August and it still says...
"we need more docs to continue processing your application, we will send you a message with more details".
Do you think it's still old message??

Background: we are processing your
background check, we will send you message if we need more info.

Hi legal falcon,
Would you add me to your express entry WhatsApp group.
When I tried the link, it says I can't , as it is full.

Hi Legalfalcon,

Thanks for all your help. Still on the application withdrawal, I got my GCMS notes and my R10 is review required with section 16 (1c) at the top right hand corner. Do you mind if I send the notes to you privately? I dunno why the R10 will be review required and if documents are missing or incomplete, shouldn't they have rejected the application by now or at least withdrawn it. Hope to hear from you. Thanks!

Hi @legalfalcon ,

I submitted my PR application (e-APR) on 14th Aug (0600 IST), 13th Aug (2100 Canada time) but still haven't received AoR.
Is this normal or do I need to something at this stage.
Also I got letter from CIC asking me to take chest x-ray again. Apparently they have some doubts about my x-ray and they want to make sure on that.
Is it because of this I haven't received AoR?

Thanks.
