Thanks Bryanna for your response. I did sent out my flight details to them earlier but those are now of date that has passed. do I need to send to them updated tickets as well?

Will there be any other status change as well once visa will printed?

Yes, do email the new tickets to the visa office to expedite the visa stamping.

Final decision: Approved and closed

CAN+ is only an expedited visa process.

Your mom will need to demonstrate her strong ties + some amount of finances to India and/or the UAE. You'll need to post more information:
1. On what visa did she remain in Canada on her previous visit in 2007-09?

2. How long does she intend to visit this time? Purpose of her visit?

3. Her ties to India and/or the UAE?

4. Has she traveled to countries like the US, UK/Schengen, etc in the last 10 years?

Hi, i have to apply for visitors visa from New Delhi. Will applying online expedite the process?? I have visited Canada few times in 2010 and hold a valid US visitors visa. Can I apply in CAN+? Does Can+ really work?? Very worried as I have to join my husband on ship. Plz reply soon. CIC website shows 26 working days.

Hi,
As you said you have Visited canada and have a valid US visitor visa. You can apply for CAN+. But there is no separate application for that. I had a valid US visa and applied online in Jan 2017 n got my visa in five days. But right now it took two weeks for the same case. Applied for my parents couple of days back n waiting. I suggest you apply online.
As they say, its all about how quickly they can verify the provided info. And the other major thing being the number of applications they receive.

Yes, you can apply for CAN+. You'll need to scan your US and Canada visas in the 'Letter of Explanation/Cover letter.... and specifically request for CAN+.

It's up to the visa office whether or not to expedite the processing.

The IRCC posted times are only estimates. Actual processing could be faster/much longer than 26 days

Hi Bryanna, I have applied visa for my parents but didn't mention on the cover letter to consider my application under CAN+.
Do you think I should email or something.

When did your parents apply?

If it's not more than a week ago, you can email the visa office and request to consider their applications under CAN+. But from what we've seen recently, CAN+ requests are taking as long as regular processing/maybe slightly faster
