I am planning to apply for SINP under student sub category as I have job offer for 6316 - Other services supervisors (Security Guard Supervisor). Its B level job. So do I need IELTS score for Federal PR? as it's not a requirement for SINP according to my best knowledge.

For job offer you need only CLB 4 (IELTS General only, not academic)
You can't apply DIRECTLY for SINP student sub category. It is only for min. 1 year Canada educated guys.
If you are fresh outland applicant and doesn't have any Canada study experience, then you can apply for IRCC Study Visa Category. You can opt any Sask institution here for study. Min. IELTS requirement is 6 bands overall as well as individual in each stream. But for SINP Sask institutions it is 6.5 bands.
Remember, for study visa, you have to take IELTS Academic exam only.
Hi thanks for replying. I'm an inland applicant and completed my 2 years education from Saskatchewan. I am eligible for SINP Saskatchewan experience student sub category but I'm only confused about IELTS requirement for federal PR after getting SINP.
