Yup... It's same... I have the same date and line..
  1. We received XXX's application for permanent residence on June 1, 2017.
  2. We started processing XXX's application on August 7, 2017.
  3. Medical results have been received.
And we received an email on August 8 from NDVO... So you should have received as well.. I mean your PA should have received... Check Junk Folder which you may already have checked...!!

Thanks for letting me know. Yes we checked everything folder but no email from ndvo. Probably they forgot to hit send button

Oh that's too bad. Have you tried calling the customer service agents to see what's going on? They will be your best bet since they can go into the system and see if there's any update. The number is 1 (888) 242-2100

Hey great people. Just wanna know for those sponsors in canada and PA outside Canada and application submitted to mississauga. Do you get medical request from mississauga before file transfer? Or u get t request afta Transfer to local processing V.O...thanks all and ve a. Great day.
My application was transferred to my local VO two weeks ago and I haven't received a request for medical yet. My local VO is Pretoria - I assume they follow the process in a slightly different order from the rest. Where is your local VO?

Hi everyone,

We just received medical request for my husband (PA) through GCKey. (YAY :D) but I was checking the form they send with pre-filled information of PA and they have got my husband's e-mail address incorrect. I checked the forms we sent with the application and we did give the correct e-mail. - his email ends with "patel04" and in the medical report form, they've got it as "patel104" I think they saw the "L" of Patel as number 1. If it makes sense.

My question is - should I contact them and tell them about the mistake on medical report form? I'm wondering if they've got the same e-mail down for other things as well and may be that is why my husband haven't received a single e-mail yet from them. Since we have our application linked online, does it matter if they have correct e-mail? Do they communicate for anything else via e-mail? What should I do? Please help!

Sorry for so many questions, but just worried. We don't want to miss any important e-mails from them.

I would suggest you to contact them and have them the updated email address. Since even though the online account is registered with the same email address but the mailbox which they are using to send the emails/notifications/updates might have cached this old email address so yes call them and get the email address corrected

Hi,

My GCKEY "Background Check" line changed to "Not Applicable" from "Your Application is in Progress. We will send you a message once we start your background check."

Any idea what this means? Anyone else experience the same change? Thanks

Following is my timeline
AOR (SA mail) - Aug 5th
Application Linked using PA info - Aug 5th
AOR (PA mail) - Aug 8th


Nothing from CIC after that it has been 6 days. I want to know if this is normal? because many applicants are getting Schedule A and PCC request as soon as they link their online account. PA does call CIC last week and they confirm that the account is linked properly. Experts please give some advice about how long it may take to get the request.

Thank you for your reply. Yeah, I ended up calling them and sending out a webform with the correct email address. Hopefully they have resolved it.

There are only 2 lines ecas application received and medical results received

Means its been transferred to vo. Now you need to wait for them to start processing the app. Youll get another line in ecas

But I did not receive any email regarding file transfer
Neither any changes are updated in my gc account. It still shows reviewing
