Just come to Canada as a visitor then when to have arrived here you can apply for asylum

I suspected you were Syrian. This is not a typical example. Syria is one of the few countries where interview may be waived especially due to the increasing backlog of refugee claimants. You also most likely claimed asylum soon after arriving in North America and luckily either had a US or Canadian travel visa. Don't want people to expect this.
