Guys, I am the sponsor and my wife (PA) has got the AOR but I am not able to link the application in my already created account. Does it have to be in my Wife's name to link the application? I have been trying for two days now and exceeding my 5 days try every day.

Thanks for the help.

When did you apply? June or july?

File Received July 6th and AOR email received on 12th Aug

I had a hard time linking my account too. I don't know where exactly, but there is information in the forums about linking accounts. Try Googling it. I had to just hit the spacebar for some things (I don't remember exactly where). It made no sense, but it worked.

I had to put number of applicants as 2 .. Found that in a post here on the forums.

Thanks Guys, I have successfully linked it! :).. Followed the steps from the spreadsheet without entering Passport details and it linked!!!
Now what next? I think I have to wait for their message in the account to upload Schedule A and PCC ?

Thanks again!

Check your messages, you should have a request letter there that you will need to download.

Aadhar card is a valid national identity document.
It is a Unique Identification number with no issued and expiry date..so you cannot use it as national identity document.

So, I originally did my husband's FBI background check last November when I was originally compiling documents. He's American, and I'm Canadian. Under the old rules they requested the certificate upfront. Now, under new rules they don't request it until after. I included the original FBI result with my application which I submitted in July. Do you think I should shell out another $50 for a new FBI certificate? I was going to wait and see what the response was, but If they request a new one, I want to be able to reply ASAP. Thoughts?

For mine, our PCC is valid only for 6 months which we have received it in March so we have submitted it along with the application in July. I have just linked the application and not received their request yet but I guess they will not ask for PCC as we have submitted upfront. Even if they ask it is expiring in Sept so we will be good.

In your case do you know if your PCC is valid only for 6 months? If it is then yours is already expired before you have submitted it in July. If that's the case they might ask you to go for new PCC.
