Yes. Noc 2131 is regulated. You have to obtain license from Sask. It is a very lengthy and typical process.
Why don't you go for NOC 2231 after some alteration in your Job Reference letters. It is in the list and non-regulated.
Yes you are right but i dont think so my employer do some alteration in my experience letter. I am (female) Structural design engineer is there any other way ? For obtaining license should i need to do any test ? I already did in Pakistan for my Professional engineer license and in 2nd attempt i clear but too difficult to pass. Same process required for APEGS in training membership.

Min. 1 year is for getting license (in ideal conditions), after that 6-7 months in Nomination. Means, it will take about 2.5 - 3 years to get PR.

Hello all,
I am new here. I have been in the pool. NOC code is 3131,a regulated job. What do I do to increase my points and also has anyone applied for British Columbia PNP for health care professionals.
Reply will be much appreciated.

On May 10, the British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP) invited 364 candidates to apply for a provincial nomination certificate. Of these, 133 candidates were invited under an Express Entry-aligned category. While this may seem like a small figure, it should be noted that this was the eighth such draw to take place so far in 2017, and on each occasion Express Entry candidates have been among the invitees.

Like Ontario, BC also has an invitation to apply system, but in BC’s case candidates must also register in the province’s own immigration management system before being invited to apply.

Thanks for your prompt response. I just checked the immigration management system and it says to have a temporal or permanent job offer from an employee.
I am a pharmacist and though I am in the job bank I have not been able to get one. Is there anyone who's also a pharmacist and has gotten an offer in provinces who can help?
My express entry point is 386.

Here is the post of a guy in other thread. Check it.

Contacted CISP and got following reply.

There are two ways majorly for NOC 2173 .

You can apply for the I.S.P. under the Education Plus Experience Route (http://www.cips.ca/EdplusEx). Under this route you are required to have your official transcripts sent to us directly from your educational institutions, along with a Canadian course-by-course equivalency assessment (assessment centers listed in application). If your course-by-course equivalency assessment indicates that they received your official transcripts directly from your school(s) then you can have the assessment center mail us an official copy of your assessment instead of having your school mail us your official transcripts.

Alternatively you can apply for the I.S.P. under the "Established IT Professionals Route" (http://www.cips.ca/EstablishedITProfessionals), which is purely experience based, and would not require you to send your transcripts. Under this route you would document your knowledge and experience that you've gained over the years in the listed knowledge areas. You are not required to have experience in all knowledge areas, however your total points gained from the knowledge areas must be greater than 21 points. While you will be providing your personal opinion about the points you believe to have in each knowledge area, the CIPS Experience Review Committee will ultimately determine how many points you are assessed at.

If you are interested in obtaining just the ITCP I would recommend that you apply under the "Education Plus Experience" route (http://www.cips.ca/ITCPEdPlusEx).

Ohh ok. I am very new for this process and trying to do it without any consultants. Need your guys help.

Any website to check when this would be open again in 2017.
There is no advance notice that these streams will open. One tried and true time when it opens is in the first few days of the new calendar year. This year, for example, both the EE and OID categories were opened on January 4.

In addition, just because the site says that the stream is open, does not necessary mean that it is open. If the application intake limit is reached outside of business hours (or before they update the site during business hours), the website will still state that it is open, but you will receive an error message when trying to submit your application. They state on the website that it will be updated during business hours (Central time in Canada, or 6 hours prior to Greenwich Mean Time in the U.K.).

Hello Guys,

The application form asked for a 'Settlement Plan'. Can anyone help me how to go about this and what document proof should I submit with my application? I don't have any family there and no idea about the place. I also have a question on this topic. I have tried using this tool ( http://www.cic.gc.ca/lctvac/english/index) but there is a question if I have already applied which I haven't so if I put in this info I receive an answer that this tool is for those who have already applied so what should I do? Maybe choose another option from the list? But which one then? Thanks in advance for your answer.Thank you guys.
