Hello guys! I got massage in gc key account on July 26 for upload PCC and schedule A form and uploaded them on aug 2. On Aug 4 in my account it showed additional documents you provided were uploaded. So it's been more than a week now and hasn't transfer my file to NDVO. So you guys have any idea how long they will take to transfer my file to local visa office?

Same here, I uploaded mine August 2nd, it started saying documents uploaded on the 4th, after that no update, but the background check changed to not applicable a few days ago, still don't know what that means and how much longer they will take to transfer file to NDVO, in a may 9th applicant.

You can try 1-613-944-4000. If you choose the immigration/visa option (1, if I remember correctly), you get transferred and it ends up being just like if you had called the 1-800 number from within Canada. I've heard of people not being able to do it, though, so no guarantees that it works.

Also potentially important to note that it isn't toll-free, and since you're basically guaranteed to be on hold for 30+ minutes before they pick up, it can get really expensive if you don't have a good international plan.

Your application was forwarded to your responsible Visa Office. Check your ECAS if Application Received change into In process it means its already forwarded. And if you click that you will see We started processing xxxxx , this will serve as AOR2 it means that they already open your file ,for us it took after 4 days. Good luck

You are almost there but all depends upon the visa office /officers. Different application have different cases. As for us back ground check started Aug 3,2017. 20 days after we received our AOR2. good luck.

When did u apply this year april
I applied on 20th april and 30th june file receive by NDVO and Aor2 on july 5 and after that waitinggg .
Which is ur visa office?

We appllied april 20 2017 received April 21 . AOR2 July 14,2017. BGC Aug3,2017 .LVO still waiting for DM -PPR

Same mine was sent may 26 and they received it the same day.. My application already started processing last july 17 and it was transferred in manila visa office last july 13..
