Need help with provinces, I am in express entry pool with 386 points and I have been applying and no response. What province is best to apply for as a pharmacist.

You need to look at each provincial programme to determine where ur NOC is in demand. Ur score seem low, why not look at upping ur IELTS score to push u above 400.Best wishes
