Immigration process for Pakistanis living in UAE

Dear All, i need information on how to apply and prepare documents for the immigration, the consultants here are charging too much amount and looks fake as well, no one want to show their clients who got immigration. I am bit confused about the degrees verification, what is the process and how to start this. I have two daughters, one is 4 years and other is 1 month old only. My wife has done MBA as well, please help us start the process.
