My employee company got merged and doesn't exist now. what should i do?

I worked in a telecom company and my company got merged with another telecom company. I didn't join the new company. now, should i take experience letter in new company's letterhead or use my ex-company's letterhead?

Company name doesn't matter as long as they are merged. Make sure that you have an email about merger announcement which might be handy. Any public announcements etc.. Provide these docs along with your letter of explanation.

Perfect, If available, attach both the visiting cards. Provide as many proofs as possible.
