Nothing you can do but wait. Once you are in a procedural fairness situation, your application processing time is non-standard and it's impossible to say how long the overall processing of your application will take. It's quite normal to wait many months after the submission of a procedural fairness letter answer for a response from CIC. Again, nothing you can do but wait.

I have been waiting for two months after submitting my procedural fairness documents. What is the worst case scenario? I have seen almost everybody get a reply within 3 months.

Worst case scenario is a refusal of your application and a five year ban from Canada for misrepresentation.

i also recived PFL in 2016, still waiting no response from them
