On the VFS website, it shows that the passport is being processed at the Canada Visa Office, NEW DELHI. We submitted the passport on August 3rd, and Delhi received it on the 4th.

Also, when i emailed VFS to get more clarity, they replied with this line in the email:

Further, you may expect the initial response for a passport transmission in minimum 10 days. However, the time period can be extended depending on the Canadian High Commission in Delhi.

courier service is workin on saturday.. i called vfs global and they gave me blue dart waybill num(as my passport is already dispatched frm New Delhi and i got the sms for the same).. aft that i called blue dart customer care and on basis of my waybill num they said they will deliver my passport on saturday..

There is same process for everyone.they take 3 days when they start processing your passport. I got "processing my passport"status on 2nd day and 3rd day it changed to "processed passport dispatched to Canadian application centre" then after 2 hours of this status it changed to "passport has been couriered".

Yes minimum time is 10 days and maximum 15 days . Depends on your application.
