how to improve my profile after refusal

Hello everyone,
i recently applied for canada study visa with 62 percent overall marks in high school and got 6.5 in listening,6 speaking ,6 writing , 5.5 in reading .6 overall band in Ielts. I am from India. I applied for business administration deploma in northwest community collage in terrace,BC. My visa is refused. This is reason given on refusal letter"Given your academic Performance , your language ability in specific bands and considering your proposed course of Study. Your travel history and ties to your home Country, I am not satisfied you would be a bona fide student and a temporary resident".Anyone plz. suggest me what should do now .should i reapply to same collage and course or change it. Anyone suggest me to apply with non spp method .that include more documentation. What's the meaning of refusal reason given by them and how should I improve it. Waiting for reply.

Hi , it's a common reasons. Visa officer always state this reason when he refused ur application . First of all get your caips note , in this note you will get detailed reason about your refusal . I was refused in January 2017 and I applied on 2nd June under non spp category and awaiting for reply . Once have caips note understand their point of view about your profile . It's said that don't cry over split milk many ppl will say it's hard to get visa after having a refusal but it's all about ur luck and hard work .

True i also got rejection in may 2017. but i applied in spp again in sept 2017. its been 60 days still waiting for reply.
