I was wondering if its possible to change the citizenship processing office?
Situation:
Person X lives in Vancouver where the processing is slower compared to other offices. Person X wants the processing office to be different in particular because they dont care where its processed as long as it can be done asap - even if that means moving to an alternate city.

Scenarios:
- Say if you go through a lawyer in Toronto and you are based in Vancouver - could the test center/oath place also become Toronto?
- Alternatively if you somehow temporarily get a place in Toronto right before submitting citizenship documents - could the fact that you now recently have begun living in Toronto ensure that your application gets processed in Toronto?
