Employer not Mentioning Salary

I am from Pakistan. Previous employer used to give salary on hand;that's why reluctant to mention it on my experience letter (due to taxation issues I believe).

On the other hand, they never gave any appointment or offer letter. I only have experience letter on their letterhead which states my job role precisely.

I have already received ITA.

My current employer has mentioned all required details on employment letter and I am working with them for more than four years; and it's a renowned organization in Pakistan.

Will it hurdle my immigration process???

Salary in your work experience letter is a MUST. there is no way around it. This is because IRCC has a strict condition that work must be PAID.

Letters from collegues are an alternative when the issue is explaining your duties to match NOC title. But when it comes to salary, i cant see them accepting any other proof besides your boss clearly stating your salary or providing pay slips or contract

Do you need this job to be eligible under the FSW program? (67/100 points?) - If so then provide tax returns/bank statements.

Your best option is to either convince your previous employer. Otherwise dont claim points for that previous employment and just mention it under personal history instead. Wont affect your points. Maximum points for foreign work experience is given at 3 years or more. So keep it simple.

why take so pain ? DelPiero07 is absolutely right, just show your tax filings or returns, those forms must have the name of your company. Moreover company's name also appears in bank account statements on the day when you receive salary.

How will his statements show salary when he is saying his employer pays him by cash. Moreover, i have a feeling there are NO tax returns, thats why the (cash payments). But anyways, like delpiero said in regards to fsw eligibilty points, if he has more than 67 points without it, then no point of all this fuss as crs score wont change with or without it, current 4 years employment are good enough.

So How do I make it clear to cic that I'm not claiming my points for previous employers, and only wanna claim my current 04 years employment??

Moreover, even my current employer hasn't mentioned no. Of working hours. They have only mentioned that I'm a permanent employee. As in Pakistan work is not based on per hour. It's 8 hrs Monday to Saturday.
And for salary, they said I can show my income tax returns, they are not allowed to mention on employment letter

Really confused

I

i hv applied for express entry.

It's express entry. N I have received ITA already.
For express entry you must first be aligible under a stream like federal skilled workers (FSW). Points for FSW are minimum of 67. Go on cic website and see if you still get >67 without your previous employment then you can simply mention it in your (personal history) instead of work history. This way you dont claim points for it.
Tax returns are fine to show salary if it wasnt included in the letter.
Number of hours is a must. Get your boss to add it in the letter. If they refuse, get one of your supervisors/collegues to write you a letter and attach it to your papers when you apply.

Could u plx send me the link. I'll be really obliged. Secondly the employer has mentioned that I am a permanent employee but in Pakistan we nowhere mention work hours.
What does my colleague have to write??

Can I still do this after receiving ITA???

Remove the work experience that's causing you trouble and add it only in the personal history section. No proof of employment will be required.
