Hi Tanaka,
thank you a lot for your response. If I am looking for a PNP, do you have any suggestion ?
I tried with OINP however they asked for the NOI from IRCC.
Currently working on improving my IELTS as well.

With such a low CRS your best bet is to improve your Language. If you increase your score to 400, you have a chance of getting OINP.

All the best

Hello there,
Today CIC requested me to submit Medical Exam results of my spouse. She had done exam last year and it expired last month while Application was under process.

Problem starts here,
I've applied as Non-Accompanying spouse because things didn't go well between us and we are taking divorce. I was been waiting desperately for PR so afterword I could initiate divorce process from here. Her family been consistently pushing me to start divorce asap and lot stress from mine family too. I am sure she's not gonna cooperate me anyhow for medical exam because of her family pressure. Only choice left is to decline ITA and process now and take divorce first..
Please give me advice what else can be done in this situation.

canadian authorities want to know if you have ever been refused visa for asked to leave any country in the past...
Thank you, do they ask for reason and any documents for refusals (if any). Also are the looking for recent past or what time ?

query can be asked at any given time. i was asked on day 175...
go for GCMS to know what stage your application is actually in... its very useful it will help you understand the entire process.
hi, thanks for the reply bro, appreciate it. guess waiting is all I can do. Pl don't mind my asking but what query did they raise to you after 175 days?
thanks again

1) You can add them but your points will be recalculated.
2) Both PCC and medicals must be submitted in both situations.

regards

So if my family composition changed on the day I received my PPR, what is required if your common-law partner is not accompanying you to Canada? Will this delay my time of receiving a COPR? Willl I be able to submit for PPR while she is in the process of getting her medicals and PCC? I'm just not in the mood for gathering all that evidence crap after just completing my own process to waste further time. See what confuses me is that, my time gets extended at the end stage instead of the beginning. By me saying I am in a common-law relationship as of this time also stands as misrepresentation, so I'm not going to do that either. CIC cannot seriously think I'm going to wait an additonal 3 more months for another PCC...hellll nooo

Yeah maybe its uncommon but just because we would be in a common-law relationship at that point in time doesn't mean she wants to participate in what I would want. Who am I to force her to get a medical done or her hands fingerprinted.

Divorce while application under process:
I've submitted application for PR on Apr 26/17 with spouse as non accompanying option. Today I've got request letter from CIC to submit new Medical of my spouse within 30 days as previous one expired last month. Due to personal reasons we decided to file divorce once I get PR but now as CIC is asking medical for her and she is not allowed to go for it due to family pressure.
Shall I call to CIC and talk to them about divorce because I have no other options left?
What their answer could be any idea? I've heard that CIC accept legal documents on divorce proceeding as proof of separation. Is it true? If it yes Do I still need to wait to get divorce certificate ?

I am from Pakistan. Previous employer used to give salary on hand;that's why reluctant to mention it on my experience letter (due to taxation issues I believe).

On the other hand, they never gave any appointment or offer letter. I only have experience letter on their letterhead which states my job role precisely.

I have already received ITA.

My current employer has mentioned all required details on employment letter and I am working with them for more than four years; and it's a renowned organization in Pakistan.

Will it hurdle my immigration process???

Yes for foreign work experience (if you're talking about CRS).
My previous employers aren't giving me job description and salary drawn on letter head. Can I show myself as unemployed during this duration; and only show current employment of 4 years. Will it serve the purpose?

You can choose not to add this work experience in the work history section, but like I already answered in the other thread that you created, you have to be careful this doesn't affect your eligibility under the FSW program (67 out of 100 points).

I have only a A4 sheet signed by uncle with all details of transaction and gift deed description. will this work for submitting for Post ITA process? or is it sufficient if i show all the same three peoples gift deed mentioning description and transaction details and signed in A4 and not notarized by lawyer. will it work?
