CANADA VISA REFUSAL AND RE-APPPLY

HELLO SIR/MAM.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR CANADA STUDY VISA IN LAST MONTH IN ST. CLAIR COLLEGE WINDSOR UNDER SPP.I HAD CHOSEN COMPUTER SYSTEM TECHNICIAN NETWORKING COURSE. I AM A BCA GRADUATE AND PASSED OUT MY GRADUATION IN 2016 WITH 53.90% MARKS. MY IELTS SCORE IS OVERALL 6 BAND AND NOT LESS THAN 5.5. ON LAST WEEKEND I GOT RESPONSE FROM EMBASSY THAT I HAVE BEEN REFUSED AND THE REASON THEY MENTIONED ON REFUSAL LETTER IS OTHER REASON. NOW I WANT TO REAPPLY. CAN I APPLY AGAIN IN THE SAME COLLEGE WITH SAME COURSE IN NON SPP? PLEASE GIVE ME BETTER ADVICE. I AM VERY UPSET DUE TO MY REJECTION OF CANADA STUDY VISA.

Its quite hard to get visa with such profile. You have both less marks as well as less ielts score. In order to get visa, your statement of purpose and intentions should be very strong and you should explain the reasons for your low academics.
At last, everything is upon luck, but as far as your profile is concerned, unfortunately, chances are narrow.

Did you include a statement of purpose to explain your low marks? Do you have any work experience?

I would not reapply unless you are able to strengthen your application. For example, retake IELTS and achieve a higher score to overcome your low academic marks.

Your academic marks are pretty low which makes it look like you aren't a serious / genuine student. I think you want to achieve marks for IELTS that are all 6.5 or above.

It would definitely strengthen your profile, but never expect too much, when you will apply for second time. Since, academics are first thing that they consider. Ielts comes later.
But, as earlier said, its all upon luck and people with these academics gets visa.
