When Asian applicant will receive checklist for last year intake?

Based on the news, there are about 50-200 refugees per day arrive Montreal from the USA. So maybe the MIDI is really busy.
The same thing......if the IRCC focus on the refugees, the applicants who get the CSQ will have a low processing speed. The MIDI will also decrease the processing speed in case of the increased application number in IRCC.
My understanding is IRCC and Midi are 2 separate entities one working and provisisonal and other at federal level.....slowness in QSW federal stage looks to be due to this but this will hamper CSQ processing ...
