Police certificates

Hello everyone
I have 2 questions:

1) I have lived in Germany for 1 year and got the police certificate 2 weeks before I left
and the same I lived in Lebanon for 1 year and got the certificate 3 weeks before I left

So I have 2 weeks post issuing the certificate, is that ok?
and the country of current t residence how long is the police certificate valid?

2) Also, is writing the NOC mandatory in the employment letter because I don't want to tell my employer that I am immigrating

1 - Not valid anymore. For current country of residence the PCC is valid for 6 months.

2 - Not required.

This is the travel history :traveled to Germany for 3 months in 2011 (tourism)
6 months in 2015 (exchange program)
Then 4 months ago I traveled for 11 days for the purpose to get the police certificate
I got it on the 3rd day and stayed for a week afterward
so I read that it should be after the departure. so now I am confused how I can I get it after the departure if I travel specifically to get it because otherwise to get it from abroad it takes months
will this one be valid considering it will be 5 months old at the time I submit my papers and only 7 days won't be included

As per IRCC website, the PCC is valid for 6 months if it's obtained before you left the country

If you need a police certificate from a country or territory and:

• are currently living there, or received the police certificate before leaving, the police certificate must be issued within six months before you apply.
