Help in regards to medical

Hi All,

I have received an ITA back in march 17 and went through medical exam and completed the application in May 17. The application was declined due to incomplete documentation (might be a system error), I'm now invited again recently and the medical result is still valid from the previous round, given medical reports are sent directly from the medical examination centre to CIC, how do I link the result to the second application? Do I quote the original receipt number or do I call medical center to send it to CIC again? A bit lost on this, any help is appreciated. Thanks

Simply upload the eMedical sheet in the document checklist, that's all you need to do.
