Nakakuha po ako ng request for passport pero wala naman po sinabi na approved or rejected and application ko. May chances po ba na rejected ako?

Hello Po kapatid, by the way im currently working here in UAE, bachelor degree sa pinas business administration major in human resources development management, then plan ko sana mag enrol sa SAIT bale ang itetake ko is business administration major in human resources padin kasi gusto ko pa talagang mapalawak ung knowledge ko regarding sa human resources kasi ang sasabihin ko sa SOP ko eh papalawakin ko ung kaalaman ko sa human resources kasi plan ko mag apply as a professor sa university samin, which is mas magiging competitive ako once may degree ako international compare sa naka masteral satin? ang tanong ko po ngaun is ok lng ba ung course na kukunin ko or hindi po pwede kasi degree holder na ako ng business administration same major na human resources po. salamat kapatid.

Ask po ako ng question/s.

I got letter of acceptance from George Brown and currently preparing our application.
I will apply for study permit and co-op work permit as a requirement sa study ko.
At the same time, i will apply for an OWP for my wife since I will be bringing my family with me.
We will bring our youngest son with us also who is 15 years old.
All of us have a valid TRV till 2020.

My question/s are:
1. For my co-op work permit - shall i apply for it separately? filling a separate coop application form OR they will process my co-op work permit as a requirement of my program when they process my study permit?
2. For my wife - does she needs to submit an IELTS for the OWP application? Or not needed? If needed what is the score required for OWP? She has an IELTS but expired already.
3. For my son - do i need to apply also for his study permit? or can i just bring him with us since he has a valid TRV and once in Canada I will apply for his study permit inside canada?
4. Lastly - if our applications are approved - what will happen with our TRV?

1) Pwede ka magapply along with your student permit application or pwede ka naman magapply habang nagaaral ka pa.

2) For the accompanying wife, she will get an OWP and no need for IELTS.

3) He might be eligible to study without a permit but if he do you can apply inside.

4) You will get a student visa and at the port of entry it will become a student permit. Your wife will get an OWP. Im not so sure about your son but I think his trv will expire along with you guys.

Usually poh, nag rrequest po ung IRCC ng passport, for Visa Stamping po yan.

alright got it! buti nalang i compiled yung mga docs na sinubmit ko sa visa application..

ask ko lang: would there be any problems sa immigration if less than $10k CAN ang dadalhin papunta? Balak kasi ng parents ko they'll give me the first month of my allowance pa lang muna tpos they'll just transfer sa bank account ko sa mga succeeding months...

also, if i'm living with my relatives, would it be better if i just present to them a letter from my relatives stating that i'll be staying there along with their contact number, address and other pertinent info?

No prohibition on how much d amount wil b carried as long as u just declare sa border ung $10k CAN or more, even accumulated currencies in total. Lesser dan d amount specified nid not be declared. Just bring any receipt kung nagpapalit kna sa pinas ng currency so u can present it to d CBSA. Yung jowa pede dalhin basta merun din Visa haha

Those documents u submitted to IRCC regarding your board and accomodation here in Canada, u shud bring with u incase hanapan kah. I have no documents on-hand sa border wen i arrive but mabuti at hndi akuh hiningan (only now have i realized haha). Be sure to ready ur documents sa isang lalagyan (all-in) so u can easily locate certain documents (at hndi halukay-ube). No nid to present nman kung hndi hinihingi. Pwede bank or wire transfer from Pinas as long as merun niyan ung local bank ng family nyu. Note that sa BDO, only US Dollar accounts can be wire-transferred. BPI has it according to some pipz here.

I flew via All nippon airways na plane then I also had a 1 and 45 minutes lay over sa Japan. I think ok na yung 2 hours bilisan nalang kilos hehe

Nid po ba Visa pag may lay- over sa Japan? kung wala, hndi ba pede lumabas ng airport pag wala Japan visa?

Actually wala po tlga tinanong sakin aside sa dineclare kong above 10k cad at some filipino foods. Regarding sa school and how long ako magstay dito wala sila tinanong. Before ako tawagin ng immigration officer nakahanda na mga documents ko na possible tanungin like mu LOA, tenancy agreement at yung guarantee letter ko from my cousin na sa kanila ako mag stay then pinaupo nila ako and they called me again just to gave me the work permit plus the study permit..

Di ba may affidavit of support ka naman.
Kung sakaling hanapan ka man ng proof of funds mo ipakita mo na lang yugn affidavit of support mo. Sapat na yun at ganyan na lang sabihin mo.
At isama mo na rin letter mo from relative.

Ano po yung passport send alone?

Hahaha iba kasi scenario sa utak ko.
Like kapag nag file ka paper base sa VFS tapos isinama mo na yung passport mo isosoli passport mo alone at walang visa. Yan lang kasi ang naiisip ko na scenario kung saan involve and refusal at passport na walang letter na may decision na involve.

Kung yung kukunin mo na course ay related or will help your career sa current work mo then pwede. Pero kung biglaang palit ng course hindi magkakalink eh tataas chance mo to be refused.
