You have two options for resettling in Canada as a refugee. The first is to obtain a visitor visa to Canada and claim asylum when you arrive in Canada. This probably isn't a realistic route for you and your family since it's very unlikely a visitor visa will be approved. The other option is for you and your family to be officially declares as refugees by UNHCR and the identified for resettlement in Canada by UNHCR.

Note that if you successfully get recognized as a refugee, you may not necessarily come to Canada. There are a number of safe countries that accept refugees, that you may be matched to. You don't get to pick and choose. The process can be very long taking many years to be matched.

Once you are registered with the UNHCR, you will have to wait for a country to accept you. There really isn't any way to "transfer" to Canada.

My case is still in the process i have recieved few cards for temporary stay. i can not do a job here as the environmnet is tottaly spanish . i have an engineering degree but spainsh people do not accept english certificates fand i am well eduacted. i have no one here in spain i am stressed and upset without job .. i am already a stress patient now. trust me.. my pshycologist doctor are gicving me medicines to stay relax.. but in Canada i have uncle and his family there . i will be more comfortable .

they have already accepted me and my process is still going on..

i am looking for governmnet assisted progarm . becasue the family have not much money for me.. i think that is my right to ask government of canada for help..

Just so I understand, you have been accepted as a refugee in Spain already, but you aren't happy there because of the language barrier and job prospects? You want to move to Canada, rather than Spain because you have family here? And you think that you have the basis to ask the Canadian government for money because you are a refugee?

You don't get to choose where you will be resettled. It's not vacation planning. You can list preferences (with the reasons why) and they will take it into consideration, but it will all depend on the countries that accept refugees as to whether they will take you or not.
